Dandelions by Lucy Lamia Tatarusanu @lulu_brush

"I am a Romanian Amorfi-Gen Storyteller and Therapist who uses the artistic forms of film, pixel art, manga, music and performance to tell stories of often personal matters containing myths, mental health and symbolism. 


For the piece featured here, I remembered when I took a photo at the age of 5, in front of the kindergarten, with a dandelion. That is no longer me, but my brother, yet I still remember that little boy and his dandelion."

Will J. Wood is an emerging writer. A graduate of Cambridge University (where they studied poetry with Bhanu Kapil), Will's work explores the world around them and his queerness through the deep traditions of writing, letterpress printing and filmmaking. Their poems and short stories have been published in numerous magazines (Nea, Notes Mag), their short films have won awards and been shown at festivals around the world. They also edit Seedlings Magazine, a handmade publication trying to bring us closer to the natural world.

Sex Does Not Answer Me by Dale Booton @dalebooton

Dale Booton (he/him) is a queer poet from Birmingham. His poetry is published by The North and Magma, and anthologised by Broken Sleep Books, Verve, Muswell Press, and Pan Macmillan. He has two pamphlets: ‘Walking Contagions’ (Polari Press) and ‘On This Stretch of Queerland’ (Fourteen Poems). He is a runner-up in the 2024 International Book and Pamphlet Competition.

Casper Orr (he/him) is a Trans* and Disabled multi-genre writer and artist living in Philadelphia. He’s a Nonfiction Senior Editor for Fruitslice and Managing Editor of its sister publication, Noise Made By. A two-time Best of the Net nominated writer, he has work published or forthcoming in The Ex-Puritan, Hunger Mountain, Archer Magazine, Electric Literature, Heavy Feather Review, The Bitchin’ Kitsch, and more. Libro Levi Bridgeman has written for BBC Radio 4 and they wrote the sell-out theatre show The Butch Monologues that toured for 10 years. Short stories include For Ezra, (Muswell Press) that was made into a stop motion film Grand Dandy. They co-run hotpencil press with Serge Nicholson. Publications include Letter To My Little Trans Self and Letter To My Little Trans Self . They are currently working on a TV series, Parker Parker.

Fiona Broadhurst is a queer, trans, disabled, poet writing about queer-love, anarchy, disability, and emotional shit™.

Her first chapbook, Apocalyptic Aphorisms, was published by Back Room Poetry.

She has featured at Incite, and Process. She is currently putting together an anthology of Trans+ poets, Trans Poetica, in collaboration with Punk Dust Poetry, Written Off, & Allographic.

Knitting Botany Series by Ziyan Liu @_zilllllll_

Ziyan Liu is a London-based textile artist working across knitting, color, mixed media, and sculptural form. Using diverse materials and colorful compositions, she creates three-dimensional textiles that evoke the organic vitality of extraterrestrial plants. After graduating from the Royal College of Art (RCA), she established a knitting studio in London, where she has introduced around 200 enthusiasts to the art of textile making, and she is now pursuing her PhD in Design at the RCA.

As a knitting artist, Liu was invited to develop the Knitting Cactus series for Meadow Serenade 24A/W, which was first exhibited in Italy and subsequently shown at the Fiber & Fabric Art and Design Exhibition and the Fashion Source Annual Knitting Trend Exhibition. Her hybrid work Knitting Glass was presented in the art exhibition Everywhere You Go, reflecting her interest in expanding the boundaries of material practice.

Her works have also been featured in international fashion and art publications, including L’Officiel Australia, THE ICON China, MARIKA Magazine, and YRAN Magazine.

Through these exhibitions and publications, Liu continues to develop a distinctive voice in contemporary textile art, blending traditional craft with experimental approaches to reimagine knitting as a medium of sculptural and multisensory expression.

Finn O’Callaghan-Doyle (they/he) is a queer writer and LGBTQ+ advocate from Lincolnshire, England.  Their work is often on the gothic side, always queer, and draws heavily on subjects such as identity, body image and their Irish heritage.

Luan Aurel is a writer, illustrator, and researcher based in Vienna, Austria. They hold a BA in theatre, film and media studies and are pursuing graduate degrees in gender studies and critical studies, focusing on trans studies, crip strategies, and artistic interventions. For several years, Luan was a magazine editor, and now organizes lectures and workshops. Luan works at a bookstore and dislikes podcasts, but is trying to get into them. 

Angel’s Spit by Tessi Tricks

Tessi is a queer, non-binary person. This is their first poem. 'Angel's Spit' begins a Testogel journey, tracing the tenderness of pregnant selves, loss, love and letting go.
